You are offerding on the item pictured above. This dress is a beautiful one piece outfit that looks like a skirt and top. Velvet like fabric on top with gold and green sparkles the bottom is plain black. The top around shoulders & collar looks a very dark maroon but the rest of the dress is black. Measures 18 inches from underarm to underarm. Waist 26 inches Across shoulders measures about 18 inches. Light mark on inside lining, seam open on shoulder lining inside. Dress is fully lined. Well made vintage dress. Made in Korea. Might be faded on top but looks like it might just be blended color. Seems like a small 10.
