Here we have a vintage Blenko stopper. Purchased directly from the Blenko factory at a special sale this spring, this stopper is hand crafted. It measures 7 1/2\" tall and about 5\" wide at the widest point. The bottom of the stopper that will fit into the decanter is about 2\" wide. All measurements are approximate. This stopper is not ground for a decanter and may or may not fit your piece. You may grind it or have it ground to fit if needed. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Some Blenko decanters have stoppers that \"rest\" in the piece. Others are fitted by the craftsmen for the piece they are sold with. These stoppers are handcrafted and may or may not fit your piece in its intended way. I have found that you can use a Dremel or similar tool to smooth a stopper somewhat if needed. There is a guarantee that the stopper is Blenko and as described, but I cannot guarantee that it will fit your piece. :) Some stoppers are in rough form, not ground at all, If so, this will be noted above in the description with measurements. These pieces may be sharp and require care when handling.
