Can be used at a backpack, over shoulder bag, or duffle bag.

Black nylon and waterproof mesh bag. Has cinch tie closure on top of bag. Refer to photos, a little rippling of nylon on back of bag under backpack straps. Upon inspection, I see no flaws.
