We\'re helping our 86-year old grandmother clear out her storage and she has a ton of stuff from the 1950s to the 1990s. She has collected dolls her whole life, and this is one of the dresses she obtained at some point to add to her collection. It can also possibly, be worn by an actual baby though? This is a Vintage Bryan White Pinafore Lace Trim Plaid Baby Doll Dress Size 12 months. This is the sweetest little dress and reminds me of a vintage school girl dress. It\'s a long sleeve plaid dress with lace trim around the neck and cuffs, gathered sleeves at the shoulders and a ruffle at the bottom. It has a sweet sleeveless white pinafore that matches it, with a plaid stripe across the chest and a square bib style collar trimmed in lace. The dress and the pinafore both button down the back.Approximate measurements:
