A vintage cobalt blue glass flower cart. We were told by its previous owner that this piece was made by Westmoreland but we have not been able to confirm this. I measures approximately 5\" x 4\" x 3\" tall. It is an attractive piece that we believe was originally made to be used as an ashtray (see photos). It has some water stains from use but otherwise is in good vintage pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks (see photos).
