Vintage CUTE Plastic / Celluloid? Hong Kong Elephant Bobblehead / Nodder This is approximately 4 1/2” tall. This is marked Hong Kong on his back. I can’t quite tell if this is celluloid or plastic. It has normal wear. It shows nicely see pictures.
