Vintage Cairns & Brother Fire helmet. Believed to be from Webster Fire Department in Rochester New York. Ileft this piece in same condition that it was found, with many years of dust. Wonderful condition. It is hard to see in the pictures, but there is black paint under all of the dust. scratches and missing paint in spots. Original label is still inside of the helmet. I cannot make out what is written on the tag. Maybe the name of the original firefighter that owned this piece. A large number 7 is stamped on the tag. The black \"Sanitary cushion lining\" label still under the fabric flap. Fabric an lace ties are in great condition. No dents. Two rivets missing on the leather front. One on each side. New owner can wash this upor leave it as is.
