Vintage Caithness Scottish glass paperweight N31381 High Seas

A vintage glass paperweight from Scotland (I know it is at least 20 years old, but not sure of the exact year).

Ithas mainly blue colours and measures approx. 7.5cm (3\") in diameter & approx. 6.7cm (2.6\") in height.

Underneath it has:

Caithness
HIGH SEAS
Scotland

It has been displayed, so it does have some \'shelf wear\', but still in nice condition.

I have no idea of its value hence Low Start and .
