Impressive Capodimonte work of art. Large sturdy swan covered with a bouquet of pink and white flowers. This lovely piece stands 12\" high x 14\" long x 11\" wide at its widest point and has significant weight obviously to prevent being tipped over. It has 2 defects which are one broken flower petal which is not easily noticeable due to the overall design and a small spot under the neck where the paint worn (see photos). There may be a few tiny nicks here and there which is typical for such a delicate piece and clearly its design has taken this into consideration by creating the piece in such a way any such tiny occurrences would not be noticeable without intense inspection. For these reasons it has been classed as very good condition. It is a rare piece circa about 1925. Stamped and numbered on the bottom.
