From my research the estimate year is 1950\'s,

maker J.S. Ford & JohnsonChair Co., Chicago,

this only a guess?

The rocking chair is well made and quite sturdy.

The woodlooks to oak, in a medium brown color.

The rocking chair was used and does havea few

minor blemishes, nothing major. The chair has a

small separation on the back panel, and the top

edge has a crack. A few of the caps that cover

the screws are missing. These flaws can all be

seen in the photo\'s. Please see photo\'s.
