I used this to hold a potted flower, it looks great setting on a front porch.
Condition is fair/poor - it\'s rusty, there are holds in the bottom (will not hold water, not recommended for children)
Measures - 8 inches tall, 8 inches wide -- Colors are yellow, blue and green
