A beautiful and very ornate large vintage Chinese Famille Rose porcelain cloisonné koi fish bowl planter/pot inlayed with heavy gilding and hand painted decorations. The planter features hand painted birds/pheasants, koi fish, flowers, foliage, butterflies and a variety of decorative swirls. The array of stunning bright colors include cobalt blue (as the primary background color), a variety of lighter shades of blue, some bright and light shades of orange, different shades of pink, green, yellow, white, turquoise, some brown and gray tones and gold gilding.
With some age-related signs of normal wear and evidence of typical use, overall the planter is in beautiful \"vintage\" condition (please view all the listing photos for an accurate representation of the planter\'s true condition).
