Vintage Chinese Ornate Brass/Bronze 5\" Tall Candlestick Holder With Wax Catcher:

This beautiful brass candlestick holder is 5\" tall with a 2 1/4\" base. The base of this vintage candlestick holder is square-ish in shape, although the corners come to a point. The base is very ornate, along with the entire piece. The base is adorned with crowns, vines, and leaves. The base bottom has a screw, as the entire candlestick can be unscrewed at various points. This candlestick has a lovely ornate drip or wax catcher featuring a flowering leaf motif and background pattern. Above the wax catcher, the area where the candle is inserted is lovely and decorative as well. The candlestick holder sits at a bit of an angle, which fortunately can be adjusted if you choose to unscrew and take it apart...though age can have a hand in it. This item is in beautiful condition, though it shows age-related wear/patina...brass/bronze objects can oxidize over time. Please see all photos for condition and aesthetics.
