The leather covered wooden box measures about 6 3/4 inches x 4 3/4 inches x 1 1/2 inches tall.

It has a hinged lid with a metal clasp. The box still has the key pin which goes through the clasp.

There is some light damage to the paper inside - see photos. The red leather on top of the box has some creasing. The leather on top has a tiny hole. The piece has overall light wear.

I am not sure of the age of this box.
