FedEx SmartPost is a low cost shipping option for items typically over 4 pounds by which the package is carried across the country via FedEx\'s system and then handed off to your local USPS for delivery to your residence. This option has a much lower cost than regular FedEx Ground UPS or USPS but does take a few days longer for delivery.

Please remember we do not set the shipping rates this is done by the shipping carriers. WE DO NOT pad our shipping fees!
We use USPS Priority mail to ship most packages.
WHY???
While it may cost a few cents to a couple dollars more depending on your zip code (literally the biggest difference we have seen is only by $2-$3 and the smallest difference has been $.10 to $.50) to ship USPS Priority versus USPS Parcel Post (Standard Shipping), USPS Priority mail offers Insurance on your package. This means if the item is broken in transit then the USPS will refund the cost of the item up to $50. USPS Parcel Post can be a bit cheaper but if your item comes damaged there is no recourse from the carrier.
Heavier items are shipped via FedEx Smart Post. Smart Post offers the lowest possible shipping rate (sometimes half of what UPS or USPS charges) and they also insure the item up to $100.
We very rarely use UPS. It is only cost effective when used on VERY heavy items and does offer $100 insurance on the package.
Please make sure you chose a seller who offers you some type of protection should your item come damaged!!!
Clothing and unbreakable items are most often shipped USPS First Class or Parcel Post in order to give you the lowest shipping cost.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR SHIPPING MATERIALS OR PAD INTO THE ITEM COST THE FEES CHARGES!!! To us, that is the cost of doing business.
We use nice clean recycled boxes to ship items that do not fit into Mylar bags. For this reason we do not charge handling fees to cover shipping supplies. If this is an issue, please let me know before purchasing and we would be happy to add a $2 handling fee to purchase a new box for your item.

We do our best to describe everything as honestly as possible but in the event we missed something we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee minus shipping.
The item must not be altered or damaged and return in original package.
Clothing does not have to be returned in original package. NWT clothing must be returned with tags still attached and unaltered.
