I ship items using USPS Priority Mail, with tracking, and insurance. Once I turn your item over to the U.S. Post Office they become your agent for delivery. The U.S. Post Office will not guarantee light bulb filaments. They cannot guarantee light bulb filaments because the filaments can break simply from moving the light bulb. Nobody can guarantee that the light will work after you receive it. This is the reason that the majority of sellers on claim that they don’t know if the light works or not, or they are selling the light bulb “as is”. If something goes wrong, I will provide you with the insurance information and you can file a claim with the U.S. Post Office at your location.
