HELLO FELLOW ERS: You are offerding on 1 Vintage Christmas Cardboard GIANT COTTON TOPPER Putz House/Hotel from the Late 1930\'s maybe the Late 1940\'s. This House/ Chalet Hotel was made for the J.L. Hudson Co. out of DetroitMichigan. Thishouse (I\'m going to call it a 3 story Hotel) features a large GRAND 9 STAIRS STAIRCASE, a Coconut covered Base, a very large Bottle Brush Tree Beautiful Glitter Sprinkled Cotton Roofs and Corrugated Cardboard base trim. This House/Hotel also has a small Loofah Tree gracing it\'s base. This House measures 8-1/2\" wide x 4-1/4\" deep x 6\" tall. The light hole is 1\" in diameter. The doors and windows are all intact but the front door is ripped (see photo). The colors are bright and vivid. I Know that there is a least one other house to this set. that belong to this set. The fantastic and clean condition of this house will lend itself well to your Christmas Putz Scene. This house has been cataloged and has it’s own page in the Putz House Collector’s Guide.
