Not perfect, but so darn cute!Vintage, 1940\'s, Merry Go Round Circus.Made in JapanOriginal Box IncludedNon-Inflammable Acetiloid. Great for a Cake TopperWind it up and round it goes.The base around the wind key is worn. There are four seals that go up and down are it turns around. One of the seals head is cracked. An elephant holds up the clown. Both are in good condition.There are 3 bells under the elephant that go around and make notice as it turns.It measures approx. 8\" tall.I would be happy to answer any questions.
