Vintage Classic Art Deco Poured & Textured Glass Pendant Dangle Brooch Pin :

This isan unusual and fairly large vintageart deco glass and metal pendant brooch.

The round glass pendant is poured or pressed glass with a creamy coating/painted surface - the coating shows some wear but the glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is suspended on a chain from a pressed metal bar with an embossed flower decoration.

The round glass pendant is just under 1 & 1/2 inches diameter, and including the metal top part with the pin the brooch measures 2 & 1/4 inches from top to bottom.

My vintage and antique jewellery is true vintage and has been collected over decades - I do not collect or sell reproductions. I try to take good clear photos and mention any significant wear or defects. If you are new to buying vintage jewellery please don\'t expect items to be as new or \'mint\' unless stated.

Photos are enlarged so that you can inspect the items before offerding - please use the weights and measurements given. I try to remember to use 5p and a US dime coins in at least one of the photos to show relative scale. The close up photos are to show detail and condition and are never intended to exaggerate size or value.

My items don\'t come with any boxes shown in the photos (unless stated in the description) but I do pack carefully - see my response from buyers!

About Me

I have collected lots of beautiful old vintage and antique jewellery over the years. I love anything to do with the sea; coral, pearl, amber, fish & boat themed jewellery etc. I also love vintage silver and enamel jewellery, particularly Norwegian and Chinese enamels and early butterfly brooches.

I like natural materials including agate, jade, carnelian, amber and whitby jet and have a collection of Victorian, Edwardian sentimental and mourning lockets and suffragette jewellery.

I have a real passion for old beads and have a good collection of Venetian and Czech glass necklaces, I find the history of beads absolutely fascinating and have lots of amazing books on the subject.

I also collect quirky and unusual ‘one-off’ pieces with a sense of humour or the macabre and I enjoy taking photographs and selling my collections on . I hope to keep my site stocked with interesting and varied items in very good to excellent condition so please check back regularly and add me to your favourites. :)

Shipping Discount

Full price for the first (or heaviest) item and free shipping for any additional items bought from me this week and paid together on the same invoice. Please let me know and ask for a combined invoice.

UK buyers - \'special delivery\' option should be selected on your invoice if the combined value of your items = £50 or more and you want your item to be insured in transit. Jewellery is not insured by ‘signed for’ post (but in my experience it does always reach its destination).

Overseas buyers

items sent overseas have to be tracked to comply with PayPal buyer and seller protection, I know this is expensive but I offer to combine additional items free.

International ‘Tracked & Signed’ items will require a signature on receipt - if this service is not available in your country ‘International Tracked’ will be used - this costs the same and will also be tracked door to door.

Restrictions & Prohibitions

Overseas buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any import restrictions, duties and/or other charges that may be made in your country. If you have ordered something that is prohibited in your country and it is confiscated or a surcharge/duty is charged I will not be liable to offer any refund or compensation.

I am really sorry that I can\'t sell any jewellery to Australia just at the moment - Royal Mail have told me (after a tracked and insured item that I sent to Australia went missing) that they won\'t compensate me as jewellery is prohibited by au post. Au post have denied this but jewellery does come up as a prohibited item in the Australia section of the Royal Mail website and so my post office refuse to accept it.

In the extremely unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me before leaving response/star ratings. I only accept returns if there is an error in the listing and/or the item is not as described and photographed.
