Spins on 3 plastic feet

This is an excellent example of a vintage American made tin toy spinning top made by the Ohio Art Co.. It shows wear typical of being vintage, slight surface scratching. Thegraphics on the center are ona paper that is in excellent condition.It spins very well.

This would be a great addition to any collection of tin toys, tops or clowns or just to have something fun around.
