A vintage wooden Walter Coleman & Son block from Providence, RI. I replaced this on my gaffed rigged cutter in 1968 on Hassel Island. This have been in storage for many years. The block is 3 1/2inches long and a 2.5 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches. All parts of the blocks are in good working condition. The block has a crescent moon symbol on the pin cover over a bronze sheave; the traveller slide has \"Coleman Prov RI\" printed on it.
