VINTAGE CONWAY STEWART 84 FOUNTAIN PEN IN BLUE PEARL MARBLE.:

This is a Conway Stewart 84 fountain pen in Blue Pearl marble which dates from the 1950\'s. It has a capped length of 11.8cm and is a lever-filler with gold-plated trim.

The barrel imprint reads \'Conway Stewart 36. Made in England\'. The lever bears the CS logo and the imprint on the Medium nib reads \'Conway Stewart. 14ct Gold. 4\'. (the \'4\' is at the end of the nib, now hidden by the section). It can be seen that the cap has a single band and the diamond-pointed clip bears the CS logo.

The pen is in good condition. There are no cracks or dings, the barrel imprint is well defined and there is minimal surface wear. There is no wear to the trim and the nib is very good.

I have overhauled the pen and replaced the sac. The lever operation is smooth, the pen fills nicely and writes well.

This is an attractive Conway Stewart pen in good condition and fully functional. It would look at home in any collection and I\'m sure that the buyer will be pleased with it. As always, however, a full refund will be offered if he/she is not completely satisfied with the purchase.
