Has the makers\' label on the back: Virgie M. Heisey~Millersburg, PA. Perfect for Mother\'s Day! Measures 9.5\" x 5.25\". Very good condition. No damage or chips to the glass. Painting is nicely done and in good shape! Has a few minor little scrapes. The paint is peeling from the sticker on the back (see photos). It is starting to separate from the glass. Super clean! We are a non smoking home.
