Vintage Craftsman Oil Can Oiler 5580 Near Pristine Patent 2595118 1949 USA Vintage Craftsman Oil Can Oiler. This can is in very nice condition. The patent number on the top is from 1949, so this can is most likely within a decade of that date. It looks to be nickel plated. The plating is very nice with the exception of a small area on the bottom edge. It looks like a tiny ding chipped the nickel plate, and a small section peeled. Please see pictures Spout is barbed, and looks like it was designed to add an extension hose if needed. The inside looks pristine and doesn\'t even appear to have been used. NO Initials or Engravings. Hard to find one in this condition.
