The item up for sale is a Daisy Heddon model #242 spinning reel. This is an estate find and so I\'m selling as I found this item knowing little of it\'s history and only what I can see and what I see is used but excellent condition Heddon model #242 spinning reel that has seen little if any use.

This Heddon model #242 spinning reel has very small signs of any signs of use on. It may have very small surface scratches/marks from use, cleaning and storage. Please look at the close up photos and decide for yourself. Spinning reel is marked Heddon 242 on one side ALL METAL GEARS on the other side and ASSEMBLED IN U.S.A. BY DAISY HEDDON PARTS MADE IN JAPAN on the foot.

The photos shows the condition issues far better than any description that I could provide so please look and use the zoom feature as I will try and show any and all defects
