I do not know much about this item. It was an estate sale find. I do know it is very old.
The length of it when both parts are together is approximately 56\".
It looks as though the design was carved and hand painted.
The top piece is missing the end knob.
I photographed it for your inspection.
It has scratches and some paint specks on it as well.
