Vintage David Andersen Norway Sterling Silver Enamel Mint Butterfly Pin Brooch:

This stunning enamel pin was made by David Anderson, the man who set the standard for all enamel work in Norway in the late 1800\'s-early 1900\'s. This butterfly, one of his classic designs, has beautiful line work below the mint colored guillochestyle enamel, adding texture to the otherwise simple design. In the center of the butterfly is a deep navy blue enamel, easily mistaken for black, which makes the mint color pop and makes this piece as brilliant as it is. Great buy!
