Vintage Decorative Made in Israel Brass Wheeled Fruit Cart / Serving Dish.:

This item measures approximately 16\" long, 7\" high, a dish diameter of 12\" and a dish depth of 1 3/4\".
The wheel spokes are painted multiple colors and in the center of the dish there is an emblem that is also painted multiple colors ( it looks to be of an Archer with bow and arrow though not sure).
The handle is wood.
The center dish does rotate (not very easily).
It is older, has wear, missing paint, tarnish to the brass, fading to the wood handle, scratches, and scuffs.
