This item is new, and still in its original box, but was a store display model. This listingconsists of threepieces (of four): merchant\'s colonnade, merchant and lady with sheep + light cord. It should have a ladder, but this was not included when I purchased the item. Other than missing the ladder, it is in perfect condition! I bought it as part of a bulk, store close-out sale. I already own this piece, so I am hoping to sell this one to someone who will love the craftsmanship,and detail, as much as I do! It is a very stunning piece!!! The box and packaging shows wear, and are in fair overall condition. Comes from a non-smoking Environment. Happy offerding!!!
