What a great addition to any Christmas village. This Dept 56 original grocery is from the Snowhouse Series from the 1980s and this is the old grocery store that has the neat set of stairs on the outside.
Great condition with no cracks or repairs. Please see the third floor\'s last window and note the pediment. The little vertical architectural detail has the top broken off. Close-up photo #2. No other issues noted, but it does not have original cardboard box or light cord.
Little triangular opening cut outs in the windows would give a great lighting, but we acquired this from an estate sale and does not have the light cord with it.
Measures 9 1/8\" tall and 6\" wide. 5 1/4\" greatest depth. Weighs 2 lbs. 6 oz. prior to packaging.
