1940\'s Era Roulette wheel game. In pretty good condition. It looks to be complete. It is marked A Genuine Lowe ES Game NY made in U.S.A.. The wheel is made of bakelite and metal that has green paint ( paint shows some minor wear). Has 2 balls, all the chips you see in the photo and a felt mat ( colors and bright however it has a small hole). Comes in fitted box ( left corner has a crack and outside has some fading/staining).
