VINTAGE E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL LIGHT UP FINGER. IT DOES HAVE SOME SORT OF PACK INSIDE OF IT, BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE IT, AND DO NOT WISH TO DAMAGE THE PRODUCT; SO CURRENTLY IT DOES NOT LIGHT UP. IT FITS ON MY INDEX FINGER. BOTTOM OF PRODUCT HAS THE FOLLOWING LISTED:
