S. Ritchie & Sons. It has two pieces - the main compass part and then a collar or bezel. The are both stamped Ritchie and the set is in good condition but it needs a major cleaning. I think the compass has an electric light inside but I did not test it. Compass seems to float nicely. Measures about 7.5\" tall and guaranteed as described!Pictures sell!
