Vintage Etienne Aigner handbag with leather strap handle!

Handmade woven wicker round with dark brown leather top handle and detailing. Brass tone hardware. Lined in tan fabric (linen?) with interior side pocket. Top opening with turn lock closure. Lining has some staining, wicker is in wonderful condition as is leather strap. Please note the hardware at the top of this piece. I can not tell if this is decoration or if there is something missing?

Handbag measures 10 inches wide/across by 9inches tall across and 3 inches deep, then handle has a 8 inch strap drop. No odors, comes from a non-smoking home.
