This is one of two Early Label Eames Chairs I have up for sale now. Nice condition, I have sold over 1000 of these Eames chairs and this is one of the best. It has no flakes and only one small chip on the back side of the back. I have an image of it up now and you can see it. It could be \"sanded\" out and look good.
This is the darker of the two. I am not sure of what the wood is but just take a look at the images. I was told it is walnut.
Bought at Priebes in Everett Washington sometime before 1955. It has a \"Priebes\" label on the back of the back.
Nice early label, you can date it for yourself from that.
Shipping is $50 for one and $75 for the two of them.
I have put an image up of the two chairs as the color did not image very well by itself. Again this sale is for the dark chair.
Shipping to Europe, Canada, Japan, and Mexico would be about actual cost. Around $110 for this sale and $140 for both sales.
