This is a Eastman Clinical Camera from approx. 1934-35 Eastman Kodak Co Rochester N.Y. Folmer Graflex Corporation. The camera is dark red mahogany wood with the leather bellows. The camera has the famous Kodak 7.7 203mm lens on a Kodak Compur shutter these seem to all work. The camera serial # is 184151 so it can be dated by this number The camera has the original tripod included. These Are called clinical cameras because many of them were used by doctors and other medical people. These cameras are basically a folding view camera with an extension on the front. ( 17\" bellows extension) The camera could be tilted straight up ( as in one photo). The cameras came as 5x7 view cameras. This one has an extra plate with a 3x4 film holder back. ( This was just an extra option ) no 5x7 film holder back This is a beautiful camera and displays very nice. If you want to use it you will have to 1: repair some seams in the bellows to block light, 2: clean the lens It looks foggy ( I\'m not a camera expert but I\'ve read that this can be done) It is not ready to be used without these repairs.
