Edward Vom Hofe reel is Model 491 4-0 size. Original Tarpon / Tuna line spool and hook. Both Vom Hofe. The paper sleeve is is in poor shape for the hook(shown in photos). Now the best part is the reel. I had it professionally cleaned by a fishing enthusiast and collector. No cracks on the hard rubber. It looks new! I have before and after pictures if you want to see, just ask. The thumber was replaced as the old one was in bad shape. Has two patent dates, May 20, ‘02 and July ‘96. NY .
