On the back it is marked Dieges & Clust New York.
The face of the medal features raised and recessed details, the back is flat.
On the front near the bottom there is a representation of the organization\'s emblem.
The medal states Elks National Foundation.
The face of the medal is approximately 1 1/4 inches across.
Most of the gold tone finish has been rubbed away.
