Rareand impressive is an authentic early EC corner identification Enid Collins MiraFlores Jeweled box purse of the wood: a Mid-century work of art a trendy retrocollectable.

Pleaseview all photos to become familiar with the item being offered in its presentand pictured condition.

EnidCollins purse measures a trendy 8 ½ inches in length with a depth being that of4 ¼ from front to back. Height is that of 3 ½ inches without handle in themeasurement and 8 ½ with.

Note:this item is being offered in “used” naturally aged condition. Surface doessupport a few scrapes from age.

Centeredon the front panel is the locking clasp which holds the purse closed whencarried.

EnidCollins purse lid is magnificent with its splash of plastic stone floral andcomfortable handle. Lid also provides the purse with another metal attached beewhich adds to the visual enhancement of the purse.

Woodpurse back supports a gold tone colored hinge, which holds the purse intact. Hingeis strong.

Bothpurse ends display floral embellishments which adorn and enhance the purse withplastic stones of the era. The left end does display the annotated “ec” whichdates this purse back to Enid’s earlier models.

Bottomof the box purse does display the words:

Alsothe bottom displays some veins of dark, which may have been something it camefrom Enid’s studio. (Please view photos)

Whenlatch is opened one is greeted with a full length lid mirror and an interior whichawaits all of the treasures a purse is tasked to carry.

Uponarrive box purse would appreciate a good wipe down, it has been sitting andwaiting since the 60’s for its appreciated owner.

Asa child I remember my first glance of an “enid Collins” original, I found them absolutelyintriguing with the their plastic adornments and stylish design.

Timehas passed, some of the trends of that era have passed (a couple of theBeatles) however due to the passion of a collector’s heart you are able to offeron this treasured item from the past.

Painfully witnessing both my Rescued Pekingese’sbattling and succumbing to afflictions which plagued and ravished their bodies:from the neglect and abuse at the hands of humans.

I have decided through my traumatic journey ofgrief over the loss of both dogs to continue my voyage of dedication andpurpose: with my unrelenting commitment to rescued hearts in the vast andreprehensible world of neglected and abused dogs.

In my soul searching (and the guidance of theLords hands) I have been introduced to the world of a Rescue in need one of adifferent circumstance than what I was previously exposed to: one of a retiredshow dog in need of re-homing.

At this time I am honored and blessed tointroduce my newest Rescued heart: Kaiser M. Wilfram aus Deutschland (Germany).

Kaiser is a charming 2 ½ year old pedigreePekingese of superior blood line. However unable to climb to the top in hisbreed classification as swiftly as his siblings- long story short: he needed tofind a forever home.

After the lengthy transatlantic flight fromEurope to the mitten state Kaiser is settling in to his “forever home” withvigor. Not a rescue of neglected or abuse: but one of travel, primping and forthe most part selected cage life.

With each passing day Kaiser is discovering thewonders of having his own yard with 24/7 love encouragement and companionship.The gorgeous thick natural show coat is in his past, comfort and ease rules hiseveryday existence.

With lightning speed Kaiser has eagerly becomingan important part of our life and family, still to this day and a regalambassador for his breed and pedigree.

Some stories have a very happy ending, and thisis one. However most are no so lucky.
