I am not a pen expert and in no way guarantee the internal components. I try to take detailed photos to help aid in explaining the condition of the item. I usually ship the next day following payment. My preferred method of shipping is USPS priority 1-3 day flat rate boxes. I do everything possible to secure item for safe travel. Please do not request reduced shipping after you win the item. Local pickup is also available. I accept ONLY PayPal as payment. Buyers pays for shipping. Payment is required within2 days of the end of the sale. Check the tracking for verification. I am not responsible for slow delivery service by the carrier.
