Vintage Estate GBD Ebony Pot Shaped Square Shank Sitter Lovely Grain:

What a nice wide Pot! About 6\" long, bowl is 1 9/16\" tall, 1 5/8\" wide. ID 15/16\", depth 1 3/8\". Marked on one side of shank GBD in oval, Ebony in script, other side LONDON ENGLAND 9488. GBD medallion inlaid on side of bit. No other marks detected.

Bit is well-seated push fit, cleaned and polished, showing no bite wear. Stummel has beautiful grain, some dings, scorch on rim, lightly caked bowl. Very nice sitter, generously sized bowl and lovely inwardly beveled rim!
