We have checked all mechanisms, assured ourselves the karat percentage usingx-ray fluorescence (XRF) ornitric acid testing. Note thatvariances may appear in Karat hallmarks, such as a US hallmark (14k) vs. a European hallmark (585)-they are, in fact, both 14k.

Gemstones have been identified and authenticated by at least 2 of our team\'s gemologists with multiple gemological degrees including GIA.The Diamond(s) and colored stone(s) has/have been graded to the extent the mounting would permit examination and have not been removed. In estate pieces mountings prohibit the full and accurate observation of cutting, color, clarity and weight of gemstones, therefore only a provisional grade may be assigned.

Unless otherwise stated, all colored stones have probably been subjected to various treatments to improve their appearance. When a natural non treated gemstone is present or a treatment is detected and considered not to be \"usual\" it will be noted.
