ALL WEATHER SPORTSWEAR Vintage Extra-Heavy WOOL HUNTING COAT. In a Men\'s Large. Red & Black Buffalo type Plaid. An extremely heavy and bulky wool coat and like many of the other top line garments of that period, will shed water, snow and rain in the worst of conditions...Probably from the 1950s.....
This is the same level of quality manufacturing that is built into the Filson brand of coats, but, even thicker and a heavier weight wool, with a soft cotton flannel inner lining.
In fabulous condition for being nearly 70 years old!
Tag Size
No size tag, but measurements indicate a Men\'s Large in today\'s sizing. Be certain to check one of your old vintage coats to confirm proper sizing.

Condition
Very Good to Excellent Vintage Condition...A used coat, but for a nearly 70 year old wool coat it is in Excellent vintage condition. Wool is all fabulous, similar to Filson\'s $400+ coat.
The only minor problem is the waterproof inside surface coating that coated the rear map/game/lunch pocket has deteriorated, so that the rear pocket is no longer waterproof...Just a minor problem. Still an awesome Winter Coat, suitable for the worst of weather conditions... See Photos!
