This vintage Salt & Pepper Shaker set was made by F & F Mold & Die Works in Dayton, Ohio. They measure 3½\" tall, and were factory painted over red plastic. These shaker characters were commonly known as Uncle Moses (\"Uncle Mose\") & Mammy. Their condition of missing paint shows what happens when vintage painted plastic shakers are run through a dishwasher. They now are nearly \"paintless\"...but the molded figure shapes are in perfect condition and could be hand painted back to a restored condition. Both original stoppers are intact on the bottom of each shaker.
