Condition: There are five or six hairline cracks in the dial. The crystal has a collection of small scratches; no major mars or blemishes. The hinge and closures are in very good shape. After prolonged inactivity the watch should be cleaned, oiled and tuned.

Comment: The case is different in that both the crystal and back plate are onthe samehinge and swing away from the works. is another item from my grandfather\'s accumulation of old jewelry, watches, pens and miscellany.The collection has been in the family for over five decades and has been passed down through three generations.

I try not to mess with the watches too much focusing only on the necessity of good photos. They may get a cursory wipe down, but I don\'t touch dials.
