Vintage Factory Drake Blue Winged Teal Decoy By Mason Or Hays Or Unknown For Sale
Fresh to the market from a New Jersey estate collection . Up for sale we have a nice little drake blue-winged teal with a collectors tag that states it is "possibly a Hays" factory decoy . It may also be repainted Mason factory decoy ? It was last purchased in upstate New York in 1994 .I am not a Factory decoy collector so I am not sure what decoy this is . Please look at the pictures and then reference the books , North American Factory Decoys by K. Trayer or Mason Decoys by Goldberger and Haid . If anyone knows who made this decoy please let me know and I will post the information , thanks .Nice little working decoy that had thecircularweight and tie removed .This drake decoy measures 12" long ( tail to bill) , about 3 3/4" wide , is solid carved and please see pictures for condition .Please contact me for shipping prices outside of the continental USA .
