The creamer measures about 3 inches wide and about 4 3/4 inches over the handle and about 3 3/4 inches high and about 2 1/4 inches front to back. The creamer is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or scratches. The creamer has minimal sign of use, wear or age (see photos). I would estimate the age to be 20 +/- years old.
