This listing is for an old vintage brass footed casket box etched with Asian scenery on all sides and lid.
The box measures 10 1/2\" length x 4 1/2\" height- anice roomy size for storing all sorts of small items and very decorative looking with nice aged patina. Unfortunately, the soldering on the hinge area has broken loose, and it now has a removable top. But if you can solder that all back on, it can be fixed. Selling as is . If this will rarely be mainly for décor/display,doesn\'t look brokenwhen closed. Footings are secure.Unknown origin but there is a handwritten paper sticker on the bottom with Nora Fenton and also a partial sticker that may have the last few letters in Fenton. Probably mid century 50\'s/60\'s vintage Indian brass.
