Thead has great looking 1930s graphics including the iconic Bon Ami baby chick.

The outside dimensions of the frame are 10 7/8\" x 14 3/8\" The opening in the frame is 9 5/8\" x 13\".

The frame is inexpensive, but nice looking, dark brown wood. There is a brass hanger at the top, or if you decide to use the frame you can optionally add a sawtooth hanger or conventional picture wire. The cardboard on the back is clearly not archival material, so if you elect to use the frame, you should probably replace the backing with a piece of acid-free matte board.

Print

The printis in fairly good condition but there are a few spots of foxing around the border, several of which are marked with arrows. There are also some marks at the lower right corner, that I indicated with a sketch circle. All of this is quite minor, seen mainly on close inspection.

Frame and glass

The frame and glass are in excellent condition. The cardboard is in fairly poor condition with a stained spot toward the top that does not seem to have affected the print.

The framed print ad is offered as found / as seen / as described.
