Old French porcelain. It has the WOW factor. While I am not familiar with the makers mark, I \"think\" it might be old Limoges (?) 7\" diameter. Scalloped (?) edging, Very nicely decorated. The downer is---there is a small chip on the top edge near one of the button tab handles. See pictures.
